HIGH5 Cherry-Orange Electrolyte Lollies
Servings: Makes 12
Prep time: 5 mins
Juice of 3 oranges, freshly squeezed
1-2 tsp castor sugar (optional)
1 tab HIGH5 Zero Cherry-Orange
Combine orange juice and sugar (if using). Drop HIGH5 Zero tab into the mixture. Wait until the tablet has stopped fizzing and completely dissolved. Give the mixture a quick stir. Pour the mixture into 4 x 50ml ice lolly moulds, insert sticks, and leave to freeze for about six hours or overnight.
To unmould the lollies, briefly run the mould under warm water to loosen. Enjoy!
Variations: You can also mix and match flavours and create a two-tone lolly by freezing in batches. Pink-grapefruit and raspberry make for the perfect sweet-tangy combination. For raspberry part, chuck 100g raspberries, 100ml water and a dash of lemon juice into a blender and then sieve before adding to mould.
For a refreshing tropical twist, use HIGH5 Zero Tropical with pineapple juice and drop a few chunks of fruit into the mixture.
