Homemade frozen popsicles made with oragnic fresh oranges

The weather is finally hotting up (thank goodness!), which means it’s time to get out there and get active. But if you’re working up a sweat, it’s important to remember to stay hydrated. Dehydration can sneak up on you rather quickly, and with water playing such a vital role in the body, it’s essential to ensure you’re getting enough in.

With HIGH5 ZERO it has never been so simple to stay hydrated throughout the day. Simply drop the effervescent tablet into water for a refreshing sugar free electrolyte drink with zero calories. The scientific formula also includes Vitamin C to support a healthy immune system, and reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Even better, why not try out a HIGH5 ice lolly? It’s super simple, super refreshing and super delicious.

HIGH5 Cherry-Orange Electrolyte Lollies

Servings: Makes 12

Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients

Juice of 3 oranges, freshly squeezed

1-2 tsp castor sugar (optional)

1 tab HIGH5 Zero Cherry-Orange

Method

Combine orange juice and sugar (if using). Drop HIGH5 Zero tab into the mixture. Wait until the tablet has stopped fizzing and completely dissolved. Give the mixture a quick stir. Pour the mixture into 4 x 50ml ice lolly moulds, insert sticks, and leave to freeze for about six hours or overnight.

To unmould the lollies, briefly run the mould under warm water to loosen. Enjoy!

Variations: You can also mix and match flavours and create a two-tone lolly by freezing in batches. Pink-grapefruit and raspberry make for the perfect sweet-tangy combination. For raspberry part, chuck 100g raspberries, 100ml water and a dash of lemon juice into a blender and then sieve before adding to mould.

For a refreshing tropical twist, use HIGH5 Zero Tropical with pineapple juice and drop a few chunks of fruit into the mixture.
